Reel Fishing: Angler's Dream

Reel Fishing: Angler's Dream is a fishing game that takes players to the seas and rivers. Players can catch all the fishes they want and choose amongst it which one to keep in the aquarium. Players can also release the fish onto the wild again if they want to do so. There are stages for lure, bait and fly fishing in this game. Players will control the Wii Remote as the rod, and the Nunchuk as the reel. There are abundance of realistic fishes to fish and a very calm environment to fish. Reel Fishing: Angler's Dream also has a offline multiplayer game and players can play from 1 up to 4 players at one time.

Endless Ocean

Endless Ocean: Dive, Discover, Dream is a simulation cum underwater adventure game. This game utilises the Wii Remote motion control to simulate the diving experience under the sea. Players can see the magic and beauty of the sea in the comfort of the players' sofa. Players will swim with all sorts of sea creature, and discover seemingly endless abysses. Players can also swim with dolphins and even come into a underwater ruin. Dive into the magical underwater life with endless ocean without even get a single drop of water on the skin.

Rabbids: Go Home: A Comedy Adventure

Rabbids Go Home: A Comedy Adventure is well made and enjoyable adventure game by Ubisoft. The game is quite slow at the beginning, but it will become more interesting as players go deeper inside the journey. It has a great character designer and creator, and players can unlock variable things by collecting things that is available inside the game. The game might become repetitive but since players are more likely to be attracted to collect things to unlock new items, the repetitiveness is still bearable. Rabbids Go Home is certainly a fun adventure, and can be considered as a must have.

My Sims: Sky Heroes

My Sims: Sky Heroes is another game by EA to be launched under the My Sims franchise for Nintendo Wii. This game is the combination of personal simulation and flight simulation, thus meaning that this is the double simulation game. However, this game is quite a disappointment when the games only focuses on two types of game; races and aerial dogfight. Players might find this game being repetitive with a shallow game play. It is quite sad to see an unsuccessful My Sims franchise, however we hope that EA wouldn't be afraid to publish more excellent My Sims games in the future.

Sonic and The Black Knight

Sonic and the Black Knight is the third Sonic Platformer to come on Nintendo Wii. Sega brings their main character back to the time of King Arthur to have a glimpse of what will Sonic be in the Middle-Ages. Some might consider that is a recipe to success, however Sonic and Knights just didn't mix. The visuals are nice, however the shortcomings of uninteresting gameplay, sluggish and dull combats are just too dominant. Sonic and the Black Knight achievement is not so rewarding and players might feel that there is no depth in the game as a whole.

Lego: Indiana Jones: The Original Adventures

Lego Indiana Jones: Original Adventure is a game by Lucas Art combining the cuteness of Lego and the funny side of Indiana Jones. Following the success of Lego: Star Wars The Complete Saga, Lego comes back with a new inspiring and funny Indiana Jones story line. Players can change between characters to use each of the characters special ability to pass quests. The offline cooperative gameplay is great and with tons of replay value, this game is certainly a great buy.

Rock Band 2

After the success of the million copy sell of the first series, Rock Band 2 come out with a new set list and improved instruments. For some, these improvement might be considered as minor, but Rock Band 2 still rocks. Same as the first series, this game is great to played alone and became better if it is played with friends. All the musical peripherals for the previous game can be used together with this game, there is no need to buy a new one. Individually, Rock Band 2 is a great game on its own, but there is no big point in buying this game if the player has already had the original one.

Medal of Honour: Heroes 2

Medal of Honor: Heroes 2 is the latest instalment of Medal of Honor franchise on Nintendo Wii. This game will take players back to World War II as a soldier and fight all the way against the Axis pact. EA has done a better job in this game compared to its previous instalment, Medal of Honor: Vanguard. This game has an impressive 32 online play mode, making this game one of the best game in the genre. Even though the AI is quite numb minded, the solid online play has certainly covers up all the weaknesses. Medal of Honor: Heroes 2 is a must have.

No More Heroes

No More Heroes is a Grand-Theft-Auto like action game from Ubisoft exclusively made for Nintendo Wii. This game has a mature content and easily said, this game has no other comparable to it. No More Heroes intelligently uses the motion control, where players are able to wield a laser sword (yeah like light saber) and swing it all over the place to fight enemies. This game has a joyous stylized action making it awesome to watch and to play. Kudos to Ubisoft for bringing No More Heroes to the limelight, action with motion control game is a new way to go.

Wii Music

Wii Music is a revolutionary Music and Rhythm game by Nintendo. Players can choose to play their own favourite instruments such as drums, guitar, flute, saxophone and many more. Players can play alone, or with their friends where each will play a different instruments to play a rhythm. Wii Music has an intelligent way on using the Wii Remote to its most, players will have the feeling of playing the Wii Remote like playing the real instruments. This game is a great game without even needing a specially made instruments-like controllers such as guitar, scratch disk, and drums in other rhythm games.

Fishing Master

Fishing master is a fishing simulation game. Players will simulate a cartoon character through several fishing spots and tournament. There are more than a 100 type of fishes available in this game and each of them is very detail. Players will have a rewarding feeling when they are able to land big fish in this game. However, some might find this game a little bit repetitive and grew boring of it after a short while. The other problem with this game is the fishing spots are not as beautiful as what a fishing fan will always see when they're fishing. This game is a great arcade like fishing game. A nice one with a lot of places to improve.

New Play Control! Pikmin 2

New Play Control: Pikmin 2 is another game for the New Play Control group where all the games that are originally made for Nintendo Gamecube and then ported to Nintendo Wii. Pikmin 2 continues the adventure of Captain Olimar to control all the Pikmin to live on the planet. There are several new type of Pikmins that are being introduced in this game where each Pikmin will have their own special abilities. Play all the way to the end and love the cuteness of the Pikmins.

Raving Rabbids: Travel In Time

Raving Rabbids: Travel in Time is the first Rabbids game that has dropped Rayman from the title. However it doesn't mean that the quality of the game has dropped. This game party from Ubisoft doesn't disappoint anybody. Raving Rabbids: Travel in Time has many mini-games like any previous Raving Rabbids games. Now players can dance, rhythming and even fly with the cute Rabbids. Dressing up your Rabbids that has been introduced in Rayman Raving Rabbids 2 is also back. However there are some apparels that are pointless. All and all, this game is a pure fun party game.

My Sims: Party

My Sims Party is one of the children friendly My Sims franchise for Nintendo Wii and Nintendo DS. This game is a compilation of 50+ mini-games, quite similar to any other in store party games. The games utilises the cute characters from My Sims and put them in many mini-games. These mini-games are quite nice to play with friends as the points don't really count. Players usually play this game just to have fun.

Sonic Unleashed

Sonic Unleashed is the second Sonic platformer game on Nintendo Wii from Sega. Only this time, depending on stages and levels, Sonic can be either a hedgehog or a werehog. There are a lot of hedgehog levels in the game, however there are a very lot more werehog stages in the game. The combat and fight in this game are repetitive and mindless. Even with those setbacks, Sonic Unleashed pay back with an awesome control and incredible graphics. This fast paced 3D platformer is a good buy.

Lego: Star Wars: The Complete Saga

Lego: Star Wars: The Complete Saga is the first Lego games on Nintendo Wii. Players will have a control of several characters in this action adventure game. Because each character has a different abilities, players will need to change between characters they control in order to pass through obstacles. This game is well made and the characters are lovable. Even though this Lego game has many things that was recycled from previous Lego games, this game is still a good game for those who like Lego and/or Star Wars.

Rock Band: Song Pack 1/2

Rock Band is a phenomenal genre defining Rhythm and Music game. This is a multi-million unit selling and an ultimate social music game experiences. Rock Band has a main game, and there are also two stand alone games with new songs in Song Pack 1 and Song Pack 2. Any of the games can be played stand-alone without needing to buy the other packs. There are guitars, microphones and drum kits available to be bought with the original game. This game is a must buy for those who like to play musics with their friends and enjoy a different way of playing music.

Medal of Honour: Vanguard

Medal of Honor: Vanguard is the first game from the Medal of Honor franchise to ever ported to Nintendo Wii. This EA game is a historical First Person Shooter game that brings the players back to World War II. Players will fight as Frank Keegan against the Italy, France, Netherlands and Germany. There is some serious problem with this game registering any hit, because players will need to shoot several times before it count as a hit. A lot of the weapons have a bad range, and players needed to come near to be able to shoot effectively. Medal of Honor: Vanguard is a mediocre game, with a lot of parts able to be improved. There are other World War II FPS games, and it is better to get the others for the time being.

EA Sports Active

EA Sports Active: Personal Trainer is a workout game from EA to rival side-by-side with Nintendo's own Wii Fit. This game comes together with a hip strap to strap in the Nunchuk Controller at the player's hip. Players can choose their own personal trainer to train them through the whole fitness program. Players can tell the personal trainer which area of the body that want to be focused on, and the personal trainer can set the training program accordingly. EA Sports Active is an exclusive for Nintendo Wii because other consoles don't have any motion detection controller at the time of this game been published.

The Beatles: Rockband

The Beatles: Rockband is a highly acclaimed video games in Music and Rhythm genre. Unlike any other game in this genre, Beatles: Rockband also has vocal harmonies which added exciting elements in this game. Players are not limited to only play their instruments, but they are also needed to sing to the songs. There are a lot of great Beatles songs included in the game, however there are some big titles that missed this game. The music and the graphics are brilliantly arranged. This game is great fun to play with friends, highly recommended.

Cooking Mama World: Babysitting Mama

Surprise surprise to all Cooking Mama fans, Cooking Mama is back again! However, this time she is not cooking! Cooking Mama World: Babysitting Mama is the latest game from the Cooking Mama franchise. As this game sticks to simulation genre, this game is a babysitting simulation. This game comes bundled with a soft toy shaped Wii Remote cover so that the kinds could hold it as a baby to play with. Put the baby to sleep, feed him and listen to the baby giggles. Cooking Mama World: Babysitting Mama is a pure genius innovation and surely a nice gift for any little girl. The toy itself is very very cute.

New Play Control! Donkey Kong Jungle Beat

Donkey Kong: Jungle Beat has been released in Nintendo Gamecube years earlier than this New Play Control Donkey Kong: Jungle Beat for Nintendo Wii. The Gamecube version requires players to use a pair of bongo in order to control Donkey Kong across the platforms. In this New Play Control, players will only need to use the Wii Remote to control the character across the platforms. The ingenuity of Gamecube game is surely transferred to this Nintendo Wii version. Donkey Kong Jungle Beat is a fun game to play. Nintendo is surely the best at making their own game for their own console.

Rayman: Raving Rabbids 2

The Raving Rabbids come again in the new instalment Rayman: Raving Rabbids 2. Again, even though the Rayman name is still placed in the title, the main characters in the game are the Raving Rabbids. However, unlike its predecessor, Rayman: Raving Rabbids 2 now is more focus on the multiplayer aspect. The single player mode is a little bit left out, however the Raving Rabbids is moving towards more and more to a party game. There are 50 mini-games and players might find lot of them as quite dull. The Raving Rabbids are psychotic. Get them.

My Sims: Agents

My Sims agents is a great action, adventure and puzzle game from the MySims franchise for Nintendo Wii. Players will control a new agent character throughout the whole game. In each stage, players will need to find clues and solve puzzle in order to be the best agent of all. This game has an interesting story line and has a vast enjoyable minigames. Even though there are some puzzles that are easy to solve, this game surely nice to be played. Follow the clues and solve cases!

Sonic and The Secret Rings

Sonic & the Secret Rings is the first Sonic retail game to ever come to Nintendo Wii. This game by Sega is a 3D action game with Sonic as the main character. Players will play as Sonic the hedgehog and run as fast as they can and gather as much rings as they can. The graphics in this game is excellent making it easier for players to be immersed into the game. The levels are cleverly designed and the game is very rewarding. However, as the Sonic is very fast and requires precision, there are times when Sonic and the Secret Rings do have some control glitches.

Need For Speed: Nitro

Need for Speed: Nitro is an exclusive title for Nintendo Wii from Need For Speed franchise. This game focuses on casual gamer in mind. The graphics has been good and it dishes out many exciting gameplay. There a lot of customisation options for the car in this game, thus making the players car different from others. Players can make their car more stand out than others with adding more and more modification on the car engine and exterior. The point system is very rewarding. The only problem with this game is that there is only one camera view.

Just Dance 2

Just Dance 2 is another great dacing, rhythm game by Ubisoft. This is the second instalment of Just Dance franchise, and it seems great. There are over than 40 latest hit tracks available for players and friends to dance to, and the graphics has been improved that Just Dance. Turn you living room into a dance floor with Rihanna, The Pussycat Dolls, Outkast, Ke$ha, and many more. This game is great for exercising and toning up, as well as getting funky with your friends. Just Dance 2 is a great game, a must have.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare: Reflex

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare: Reflex Edition is one of the best game I have ever played on Nintendo Wii. Even though this game is a year late than its other counterpart on PS3 and Xbox 360, it doesn't really matter. Better late than never. There is nothing different between Reflex edition and PS3 and Xbox 360 version except the controller pointing style. For me, this game is as best game as an FPS can be. The storyline is great, the levels is challenging, and the controls are great. Activision should have make the game to be sold the same time with other consoles. I just hope that they will produce Call of Duty Modern Warfare II on Nintendo Wii soon.
