My Sims: Kingdom

My Sims: Kingdom is one of the The Sims franchise for Nintendo Wii and Nintendo DS. The characters are cheerful and funny. The experience is quite rewarding and makes players want to stay and play longer. Players are usually required to build and decorate things. The decoration items can be obtained by collecting essence. Collection of essence might be quite tiresome, but as long as you can decorate more, it is still a good game to play. This game is to be played individually and surely a great simulation game for Nintendo Wii.

New Play Control! Mario Power Tennis

New Play Control! Mario Power Tennis is one of the New Play Control games that Nintendo up-develop from Nintendo Gamecube to Nintendo Wii. This game is among the first game that embraces the new player control style of the Wii where you need to swing your controller back and fro in order to control the game. Players will also need to push some buttons in order to release a special attack such as fire'tennis'ball, split the balls to three and so on. Even though it might sounds interesting, I found that the game lacks responsiveness when compared with the famous Wii Sports (minigame: Tennis).

Finish and win as much mini-games as possible and open up new level to see more and more Rabbids. This game is very nice and is suitable for party game. Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon

Tom Clancy has been bringing great war games onto the gaming world. Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon is also welcome in the Nintendo Wii games. Even though the Wii version of the game has been made easier when compared to other platforms, this game still brings the excitement to the players. Several boring script and the game mechanics sometimes feel quite repetitive, but maybe, Ubisoft is still searching the recipe for a good shooting game on Wii. Some Ghost Recon player might be disappointed with the game, but for me this is still a good game to play.

My Sims: Racing is another The Sims franchise by EA. However, this time the game does not focuses on simulation of human interactions between the sims, but only the interactions of the tyres and the asphalt. Players can select and modify their ride to their liking and race each other in this game. The more race you win, the more modification you can make onto your beloved car. The more modification you did, the more wins you can have in the future. My Sims has a cute interface to attract children and grownups alike to play this game. This is a great game to have.

Wario Land: The Shake Dimension is another great game by Nintendo for Wii. Players will play as Wario in order to help a person in distress. (Doesn't sound like Wario?), but actually he is in it because he can get as many gold as he wants. The game is a 2D platformer, with some clever control method by holding the Wii Remote sideways. There are a lot of places where you need to shake your Wii Remote, thus 'The Shake Dimension' naming. All and all, Wario Land: The Shake Dimension is a great game to play with neat graphics and level designs.

My Sims is the younger sister game from the famous and successful The Sims franchise. This game uses the same gameplay as The Sims, however with a cuter and more children friendly approach to the genre. Players will have to control a character inside the town and make the characters interact with each other. May it be talking, joking, angry, mad, love, eat and everything that a Sim can do, you can ask your character to do so. My Sims is a great past-time game by EA. Beware, as this game might have some addiction level to it.

Mortal Kombat: Armageddon

Mortal Kombat: Armageddon is the first installment of Mortal Kombat franchise ever to be brought to Wii. Like any other Mortal Kombat games, the game has a gore fighting environment and the famous Fatality. The only difference is that the game is now in 3D, has a Mortal Kart (Go-Kart game) and a new control style. All of the differences in this game is very welcome, because they're very entertaining and fun to play. The graphics is good, and you don't have to buy a Wii Classic Controller to play, as Midway has thought about utilising a new control scheme that detect movements of the Wii Remoteand Nunchuk. It's quite hard to explain the control scheme by writing, that's why I embedded the youtube link below. Don't get me wrong, but this control scheme need a lot of practice.

You can play it with your friends in a coop offline mode, however there is only one character to be seen on the screen, the second player would only has the ability to shoot. Fight all the way in awesome graphics and interesting storyline. It can be considered as a light shooter, and players will have much fun pyu-pyu-pyu along the game. Super Paper Mario

When looking at the box cover and genre of this game, people might say that Super Paper Mario might not fit the genre at all. However, when you have a play with it for a while, the game perfectly fits in the genre. This games moves the paradigm of platformer, action and RPG games and telling that action RPG doesn't always have to be so dark, historical and mysterious. They can be fun too. Super Paper Mario is on of the earliest game that uses a 2D cum 3D game, where you can change the view of Mario from front and from the side. It might be mind boggling at first, but when players get a hang of it, the game is definitely great.
